Yes, the clear static cling can be mounted both inside and outside. This versatility allows for various display options, whether you're applying it to the interior or exterior of a window. Note that the printing is done on the outside of the cling, and the 'back' is what clings to the window. If you want to mount clear cling on the inside of a window but have the graphic facing outwards, be sure to 'reverse' the print.
